BLOKSET - Power Control Centers

Power Technics Ltd is a leading manufacturer of Power Control Centers in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania. We undertake designing, manufacturing, testing and commissioning of the same.

Since the formation of Power Technics Ltd in 1982 we have been making partially Type-Tested Assembly (TTA) of PCC and MCC.

Power Technics Ltd got the licence to produce BLOKSET range of PCC and MCC in 1998. Since 1999 we have manufactured 507 cubicles.

Power Technics Ltd has achieved the Diamond Mark of Quality for the BLOKSET range of products and they fully comply with the Kenya Standards Number KSIEC 60439.

BLOKSET is a Type-Tested Assembly designed by Schneider Electric and manufactured under their licence by Power Technics Ltd. This is a fully TTA complying to IEC 439-1 standards. BLOKSET range of switchboards are widely marketed and manufactured in many parts of the world. Power Control Centers are called type 'D' cubicle.

It is a widely accepted product in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.

BLOKSET - Motor Control Centers

Power Technics Ltd manufactures fixed MCC and withdrawable MCC in the BLOKSET range of assemblies.

The fixed MCC are called type Mf cubicles.

The withdrawable MCC are called type Mw cubicles. The cubicles are standardized and can be combined with PCC for an integrated installation.

Power Technics Ltd also manufactures three phase distribution (TpDB) and Single Phase Consumer Units (SPCU) as per Kenya Bureau of Standards KSIEC 60439.
