The whole range is manufactured with hightech machinery.It is fully bolted in architecture which helps in accuracy and fast production.It also gives the full flexibility to construct a bend to suit any type of site needs.

The racks/ladders have standard factory built bends and can also adopt to any specific needs on site which the customer can undertake themselves.

The racks can be made from Galvanised iron or can be powder coated.

A whole range of Mounting Brackets are available for suitable applications.

Power Technics Ltd has developed unique Floor Boxes suitable for Kenyan market conditions. These are made to one standard size .They can be tailor made to customer needs if the quantity required is large.

LAN Cabinets

Power Technics Ltd Local Area Network cabinets are available in free standing and wall-mounted options.

Wall mounted cabinets are generally smaller, in depths of 400 and 575mm, and 4 frame height options namely:

The cabinets are fitted with lockable front glass door. They have no access from sides or rear. A glanding space/ cable entry from bottom is provided for. The 19" enclosure can accommodate all standard equipment. The cabinets are Powder coated RAL 9002

For extra cable spare our large size cabinets can have a 200mm chamber either on the LHS or RHS.

To cater for fiber optics we can provide a 300mm chamber, which can also be attached either on the LHS or RHS.

The freestanding cabinets have lockable front glass and solid rear doors, fixed shelves and adjustable 19" rails. Knockout plates are provided for front, rear and bottom cable entry. Removable top and side covers are accessible only after opening the doors.

Also available is a top mounted fixed forced circulation fan tray, cable tray for tying cable and routing item, clip-on caged nut and screw system, 13A BS Standard socket for power and adjustable all directions bottom studs for alignment. Withdrawable shelves, fans, horizontal blanking plates and castor wheels are fitted on request.

SALIENT FEATURES

- Vertical rails

The rails have holes punched at 44.45mm accuracy done on CNC machines.

- Cord organizers are availed for easier and neater management of cables within the cabinet. These are in both vertical and horizontal orientations, and can be fitted at the front or rear of the cabinet.

- A variety of 19" shelf types

Withdrawable shelf for retractable parts - keyboard and mouse. Fixed shelves of various depth 455mm, 495mm and 650mm, available in both front and rear mounted options. Tailor-made shelves of special width for holding equipment in excess of 19" width are also available

- Left Hand side and Right Hand side application

The cabinets can allow a change of the direction for opening the door without requiring any further fabrication, as seen on a twin cabinet.

- Access to the sides is impossible without key to front door.
- Predrilled holes to convert cabinet with castors
- Toughened glass on front door for long life and easy transportation
- Cable Management Arm

Used to hold cables attached to the equipment placed on the withdrawable shelf. It ensures that the cables do not get damaged during in/out movement of the shelf
